I have been working at home for over seven years. This started when my mom had a stroke and I had to quit my job so she could move in with me for extra care.  My husband and I took care of her for almost four years before she went in to a great nursing home. That is why I decided to become an advocate.

 

I supplemented my income for several years with EBay selling skin care products and patient advocacy. Then I developed a website in Nashville TN and worked with that for a few years.

 

Now I have developed a state-of-the-art website that helps uninsured people find medications through patient assistance programs that are Free. It is really a satisfying "job". But not like anything else you have ever done.

 

If you have ever known anyone without health insurance it is really hard on a family. And now in 2010, with unemployment so high, the need is truly astounding. There are over 50 million people in the U.S. now that are uninsured and most have no idea they may qualify for free medication.

 

The RX MEDS PARTNER website has a sophisticated database behind it which tells a patient if they qualify for free medications and can recommend discounted generics.  If qualified the patient will be shown which medications  of the 3000+ Brand name meds are available for them to choose from. They select their medications and sign up for a monthly fee to obtain all the pre-filled applications and instructions  to download and print that they need to enroll in patient assistance programs.

 

Once they have their applications printed all they have to do is take them to their doctor for prescriptions and signature, then mail their income proof and the application to each patient assistance program for enrollment. 

 

Each program will enroll them for one year without having to show their income proof again.

They are also on a continuing membership with us  and receive refill information by email so they can get their medications refilled on time.

 

Also, they can research any new medications at anytime to see if there is a patient assistance program covering that medication to supply it free. We also have a special benefits page that offers medication discounts for those medications they may need that are not available free.

 

 

 

Here is a document that shows the basic income and household size for eligibility.  Most programs require total household income under 200%. This will give you an idea about the level of income for eligibility and you can see it is quite generous and each year it increases.  Always go ahead and research no matter the income to see what meds might be available.

So many uninsured people are eligible and don't know. Note that Medicare Part D enrollees or those eligible for Medicare Part D   are not eligible to apply. However, in the near future we plan to expand so that we can also immediately research those programs that are offered to Med D eligibile patients.

 

I am not going to waste your time trying marketing tricks to convince you to do this. You have to be someone that wants to help others. And I will be somewhat choosy about those that actually get to do this with me because we will be working together.

 

You can work part time on this while you have a job if you want. All you need to do is refer people to my website (you don't even have to pay for a website) and anyone that uses your referral code to pay for our services will be credited to you.

I pay advocates monthly for each person they refer that signs up and it could add up to a lot of money each month for you. And you will be doing a wonderful service helping others ; it won't even seem like a job.

It is not difficult at all to help others realize they could qualify for free medications.  There are lots of ways you can spread the word about the website once you understand exactly what it does and how it works.Twitter, Facebook, personal blogs, forums, and in your signature are just some ways.

 

For example there are lots of people who are employed but cannot afford insurance. And this is a wonderful service to offer friends at church and through your social networks and blogs. There are local organizations near you that could spread the word to those who are uninsured.

 

These days everyone knows someone that is out of work and uninsured and really needs help.

 

We offer $$ for sign ups per month so this is recurring income for every person you send to us that signs up. That means every person every month over and over as long as they use our service.

 

I do not charge you to start your own advocacy program. I offer good marketing ideas and training at no cost to you. I could probably charge for this but I want to create outlets through my advocates and want you to make money and feel good about what you are doing.
